Route timesheets through however many steps your organization actually uses -- supervisor, office manager, finance, whatever fits. Reorder, add, or remove stages any time from Settings.

Time entry, built for the front line

Weekly batching, location and unit tracking, and guardrails against the usual mistakes -- a future-dated entry, a zero-duration entry, two entries that overlap the same day.

A real audit trail

Every approval, return, void, and settings change is logged with who did it and when -- never editable after the fact, always Owner-readable.

Multi-property support

Track hours by property, not just by unit -- built for a portfolio of properties from day one, not bolted on later.

Projects & Jobs

Billed once a year — $60.00 per person per year for everyone past your first 2. Pay per active person, not a flat tier, and the price per person only goes down as your team grows. Take somebody on part-way through the year and you pay only for the part of the year they are there; when they leave, it comes off your renewal. Start free from Create an organization above; add billing from Settings whenever you actually need more than 2 people.
